Territory Manager Laundry Specialist
We are looking for a Territory Manager who must have specialist knowledge in commercial laundry systems, ideally with a background in delivering excellent customer services within Care Homes/hospitals etc. If you feel you have the relevant skills and commercial awareness within the laundry industry we would love to hear from you.
Regional Manager
Are you someone with a proven track record in managing Sales Teams to superior performance? Do you thrive in a challenging environment?
We are looking for an exceptional individual with the drive and attitude to lead a Team of Territory Managers responsible for Sales and Service to a diverse portfolio of customers (including National Accounts).
The preferred candidate will display a can do approach aligned with a keen commercial outlook in developing their Team members and their performance against stretching targets, across a range of business sectors.
This individual will be expected to proactively coach their Team to identify, quantify and evaluate additional profitable business opportunities within both the existing customer base and new customers. They will be responsible for ensuring that sales targets are exceeded for the individuals and the Region, whilst maintaining a first class Team spirit. They will also be responsible for delivery of relevant and regular high quality coaching to the Territory Managers, incorporating a robust Field Visit programme.
The preferred candidate for this role will be a proven high achiever with the desire and passion to succeed. They will be able to demonstrate excellent negotiation, planning and coaching skills, as well as excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft product suite (Word™, Excel™, Power Point™ and MS CRM Dynamic™) are a must.
