Derek Lafbery Director of Special Projects
Derek Lafbery entered the hospitality industry straight from school, working for Major Cleaning & Hygiene organisations. Following that, Derek then worked with Ringo Francis at Francis Chemical Systems ltd and then at Johnson Diversey in charge of the Business Development Team for their London Region before becoming a founder of Zenith in 1996.
Derek’s experience has enabled him to cover various roles throughout the growth of Zenith. He previously headed the Business Development and Commercial departments of the business and now as Director of Special Projects, he ensures Zenith’s customers receive the very best service, quality and value. Derek continually seeks innovative approaches to enhance Zenith’s support of its customers.
