Jennifer James HR Director

Returning to a full time career after raising her daughter Jennifer joined a company selling cars into company vehicle fleets, once selling 50 cars in one day! Previously Jennifer had worked in London for British Transport Hotels as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and in various PA roles.

Jennifer then took up a role in Human Resources and found her vocation in life; she went onto to study for her CIPD qualifications at the Goldsmith Management Centre for 4 years. She then progressed her career within the logistics sector finding that the environment gave her the diversity of Human Resources remit that she most enjoyed.

Jennifer’s objective is to implement and maintain HR best practice within Zenith, incorporating business ethics and driving alignment to the business strategy. She aims to promote a culture of motivation and partnership and to ensure that the business is always highly productive.

Outside work she enjoys a variety of activities, relaxing with family and friends and raising money for charity, including the London to Brighton Bike Ride and Race for Life.
