Michael Cronk Director
Michael Cronk joined E D & F Man in 1971 and spent the majority of his career in the commodity division of one of the world’s leading global commodities businesses and was a director of the group’s successful sugar company. Michael was also an active arbitrator in the international sugar industry for many years and served a 3 year term as Chairman of The Refined Sugar Association. He retired from the sugar business in 2007.
Michael joined the Zenith board as a non-executive director in June 2010 and his role will include helping with advice on strategy and acquisitions and he will use his network of contacts to help deliver further sales opportunities to Zenith.
Michael also takes an active interest in various charitable causes and is a founding trustee of the Marjorie Deane Financial Journalism Foundation.
